All our lenses are Canon made. We like the original lenses made by the Camera's manufacturer the most. Of course we prefer the prime lenses but they are very expensive, heavy and you need quite a lot of them. Zoom lenses have a good versatility and reduce a lot of weight too. Next to our photo equipment we also have to carry our fishing gear so lighten load is high on our list. For example our 17-35mmL replace 20mm, 24mm, 28mm and 35mm lenses.

Wildlife photography is what we mainly do so our favorite is the 100-400mmL IS. Like all photographers we have many wishes about tele-lenses but it is just a matter of weight and price. Of course our list is far from complete but I think we have a nice set to be extremely happy with. Our equipment is growing slowly and you learn by experience and practice. We have slowly changed to the L lenses and we take our time for it. We also don't mind to buy a good looking used lens in our favourite shop.
